Once again this year, many tennis enthusiasts will try their luck to buy tickets for Roland-Garros 2022.

This year, the French Open tennis tournament will take place from May 22 to June 5, 2022. It remains to be seen under what conditions the tournament will be able to welcome the public while COVID-19 is still very present in our daily lives.

From what date will you be able to buy your tickets for Roland-Garros 2022? Where to buy them? At what price ? How much will a place cost you for the men’s final or for a day on the annexes the first week of the Parisian Grand Slam?

Ticket purchase calendar for Roland-Garros 2022

Club Presidents

This year, club presidents will be able to buy tickets for Roland-Garros 2022 from January 25 to 31, 2022. In detail, the latter can buy 8 tickets maximum on the main courts (Philippe-Chatrier, Suzanne-Lenglen and Simonne-Mathieu), within the limit of 4 places per session, including a maximum of 4 tickets for the following 4 days combined (Saturday May 28, Sunday May 29, Friday June 3 and Sunday June 5) . For the adjoining courts, the limit is set at a maximum of 12 ticketswithin the limit of 4 per day, from May 22 to 29.

Licensees

For FFT licenseesthe purchase period will be open from February 2 to 9, 2022. As with club presidents, the limit is set at 8 tickets maximum for the main courtswithin the limit of 4 places per session, including a maximum of 4 tickets for the following 4 days (Saturday May 28, Sunday May 29, Friday June 3 and Sunday June 5). For the additional courts, the limit is also a maximum of 12 tickets, within the limit of 4 per day. Annexes for licensees which will allow access to the Philippe Chatrier court (Annex UP) under conditions.

General Public Premium

To attend Roland-Garros 2022 in exceptional conditions (see offers below), the General Public will have the possibility from February 24 to buy seats accompanied by services such as catering, a personalized welcome and access to private spaces.

People with disabilities

For people with disabilities, the sale of tickets for Roland-Garros 2022 will begin March 2. On the main courts, the limit is 4 tickets for the User in a Wheelchair and a maximum of 4 accompanying tickets, within the limit of 2 places for the User in a Wheelchair and 2 accompanying places, per session. For PSH (Person with Disabilities), the limit is a maximum of 4 tickets, within the limit of 2 places per session. For the additional courts from May 22 to 29, the limit is a maximum of 12 tickets, within the limit of 4 per day.

General public

The last period of ticket sales for Roland-Garros 2022 will open for all March 8, 2022. The general public will then be able to try to win a precious ticket for one of the main courts and/or the annexes. The limit is set at 8 tickets maximum for the 3 main courtswithin the limit of 4 places per session, including a maximum of 4 tickets for the following 4 days (Saturday May 28, Sunday May 29, Friday June 3 and Sunday June 5) and a maximum of 12 tickets for the annexes the first week, within the limit of 4 per day.

Ticket offers and prices for Roland-Garros 2022

For this 2022 edition, Roland-Garros is offering tennis fans many ticketing offers. On the main courts, general public places are divided into different price categories (Access is free for children under 6 years old).

For the second consecutive year, the tournament will offer night sessions with a specific ticket office giving access to a match starting at 8:45 p.m.

Like last year, the price of a ticket for the additional courts is 34 euros for the first week of the tournament.

To offer you the cheapest ticket on one of the 3 main courts, you will have to pay 40€ for a match of the “Night Session” in category 3 on Monday May 23 or Tuesday May 24 on the Chatrier.

The most expensive ticket (excluding boxes and services) for the fortnight will cost you €310 and will allow you to attend the Gentlemen’s final scheduled for Sunday, June 5 in the Gold Category.

Let us also specify that the two men’s 1/2 finals scheduled for Friday, June 3 are sold separately.

Roland-Garros 2022: The price of tickets on the Philippe-Chatrier court

On the Philippe-Chatrier court, prices vary from 40€ to 310€. Note that a “pass” offer offering the day + the evening is also offered with a slight discount. In total, the General Public will have access to 4 ticket categories (Cat Or, Cat.1, Cat.2, Cat.3).

Court ticket prices Suzanne Lenglen

On Suzanne Lenglen, prices vary from 50 euros to 155€ (excluding dressing rooms). In total, 4 categories are offered to the general public (Loges, Cat.1, Cat.2, Cat.3).

Court ticket prices Simonne Mathieu

On the Simonne-Mathieu courtthe prices of a general public ticket vary from 45€ to 110€ with two categories (Cat.1 and Cat.2).

For the adjoining courtsthe price is 34 euros the first week and goes to €20 per second, excluding Saturday and Sunday (€25).

To attend the qualifications for this Roland-Garros 2022the price of a place is set at €20 (May 16 to 20) and €10 for those under 25.

Let’s add that Saturday May 21, 2022, Roland-Garros offers a day dedicated to children with many animations and exhibitions. The price is 20 euros (free for children under 6). All of the profits from this day are donated to partner associations (notably Fête le mur).

The other passes

In addition to the “day + evening” pass on the Chatrier (see price list above), the FFT also offers an offer evening pass + next day.

For those who wish to combine two evenings, a “double evening pass” is also offered with prices starting at €70 for two sessions.

Tennis enthusiasts will also have the opportunity to indulge themselves by purchasing the “semi-final pass” guaranteeing them the 4 matches for men and women. Prices vary from 287€ to 475€.

For those who wish to attend only the two men’s and women’s finals, it is possible with the “finals” pass. Prices vary from 305€ to 515€.

General public premium offers

The “Premium Discovery” offer is the most affordable for fans. The ticket office thus offers places for the Chatrier (cat 1 or cat 2) or the Lenglen (Cat 1).
